Dear Bishop McClendon,
I am an ex-professional basketball player. In March of 1993 I was diagnosed with a rare heart disease, Hypertropic-Cardiomyopathy, found in African American males.
This rare disease causes one’s heart to enlarge and for blood to flow in the wrong direction in your heart valves, which causes the heart to leak. The doctors gave me one-day to live.
While I was in the hospital, an old cleaning lady that I now know was an angel sent from God, came over to my bed, grabbed me by the hands as I was crying and prayed that God would heal me in the name of Jesus. After she said AMEN, it felt like someone poured cold water on my head that trickled all the way down to my feet.
My heart had shrunk back to normal instantly and the leakage stopped is what I discovered later when the doctors came in to take my blood pressure. The doctors said, “We don’t understand what happened” and 3 days later I walked out of the hospital on my own, after being wheel chaired in when I was admitted.
During this past October (2010), my rare heart disease tried to come back into my life due to a lot of stress and I again began experiencing the old chest pains I had in the early 90s. I was of course; obviously, concerned when on Friday, October 29, 2010 I turned on TBN and began watching. Bishop McClendon preached an anointed prophetic message that confirmed many things going on in my life at that time.
The amazing testimony in connection to my chest pains is Bishop McClendon looked into the camera and said these words, “ I feel in my spirit that someone watching on T.V. is having chest pains and blood is flowing in the wrong direction in your heart valves, causing your heart to leak.” (This is the same thing the doctors told me back in 1993). Bishop McClendon declared me healed in the name of Jesus and instantly my chest pains went away.
Out of obedience to the Lord in connection to the anointed and prophetic Word, I am sowing a seed. I just want to say thank you.
